Updated: Feb 20

This is an easy yet elegant recipe everyone will love.

Ingredients:

4 slices Country ham(buscuit size or cut slices to fit

4 Frozen biscuits (thawed)

4 large eggs

1 package Knorr Hollandaise sauce mix

1 cup milk

1/2 stick butter

2 tbsp Butter for the griddle

dash of Texas Pete

Directions:

1. Turn griddle to high on first burner and low to the rest. Add a saucepan with the Hollandaise packet, milk and 1/2 stick of butter. While that is cooking, put biscuits on griddle on low side and cover. Cook biscuits for about 3-4 minutes on each side.

2. Keep stirring hollandaise sauce until it boils and move to the low side of griddle and turn off the high burner and stir occasionally. While cooking sauce and biscuits, soak country ham in water with a little sugar to remove excess salt.

3. When biscuits are done(internal temp of 200 degrees), move to the off burner and cover to keep them hot. Dry off ham and put on griddle. Let cook a minute or so and flip. Add eggs to the off part of the griddle and cook as you like them.

4. To assemble, cut a biscuit in half and put two pieces of ham on top. Add two eggs and then some hollandaise sauce. Top with some Texas Petes and enjoy
