Ingredients:
15 - 20 1 lbs Shrimp (I used per lb)
1 lbs Bacon (use regular cut)
Seasoning of choice
Rub of choice
BBQ sauce of choice
Directions
Step 1
Preheat griddle to low or 350 degrees.
Step 2
First peel and devein shrimp leaving tail on. Sprinkle shrimp with seasoning. Strech the bacon thin and cut in half. Wrap each shrimp in half piece of bacon. When wrapped, sprinkle with favorite rub.
Step 3
Put shrimp on the griddle and cook for two to three minutes and flip. If the bacon is lean, add a little olive oil to speed cooking. Brush cooked side with BBQ sauce. Let shrimp cook another two to three minutes and flip again. Turn off griddle and brush other side with BBQ sauce. Remove and eat
