Beef and Onion Stir Fry

If you like beef and stir fry, you will love this beef and onion stir fry. It has all the ingredients of being your favorite dish. Give this a try. You won't regret it.



Ingredients:

1 1/2 pounds Ribeye or New York strip steaks

2 yellow onions

8 green onions  

sesame seeds

Meat Marinade:

2 tbsp soy sauce

1 tsp dark soy sauce

1/4 cup Oyster Sauce

2 tbsp rice vinegar

1 tbsp cornstarch

1/4 tsp baking soda

1 tsp sugar

Stir Fry Sauce:

1/4 cup soy sauce

1 tbsp dark soy sauce

1/4 cup Oyster Sauce

2 tbsp rice wine vinegar

1 tbsp ginger paste

1 tbsp garlic paste

1 tsp beef powder

splash water




Directions:

 

1. Preheat griddle to low. Start by thinly slicing the two onions. Slice the white part of the onion thin. Cut the green part of green onion in 2" pieces. Slice steaks in thin strips and put in a bowl. Add ingredients of the marinade to the bowl and mix well. Let marinate for about 15 minutes.

 

2. Put some oil down on the griddle and add the yellow onion and the white part of the green onion together. While onions are cooking, make the stir fry sauce. Mix all ingredients of the sauce in a small bowl or measuring cup.

 

3. Mix onions and move to the side of the griddle. Get griddle to around 450 degrees and put some avocado oil down. Add meat to griddle in thin layers on the griddle. Check and mix onions. Start flipping meat after 30- 45 seconds and start adding the onions.

 

4. When the onions are incorporated start add the sauce. You can add a well to the meat if you like and mix the sauce well into the meat.

 

5. Add the green part of the green onion to the meat mixture and mix well.

 

6. Remove from griddle to a plate and top with sesame seeds and enjoy
