Breakfast Buffet at Home

Why go out and get breakfast when you can have bacon, sausage, eggs, hash browns, biscuits, and gravy all at home using your Blackstone griddle!

Ingredients

1 lb bacon

8 sausage patties

16 oz hash browns ( I used Simply potatoes)

1 can buttermilk biscuits

6 large eggs

3 tbsp bacon up

2 tbsp Hussey's Heifer Dust

1-2 cups milk

2 tbsp butter

Directions

1. Preheat griddle to low or around 350 degrees. Add sausage patties to griddle. Next add bacon up to griddle and put down hash browns. when spread out add some oil to the top, season with Heifer Dust and let them cook.

2. When done spreading out hash browns, add a pound of bacon to the griddle. After 3-4 minutes, flip sausage and add some oil to the sausage. After you flip sausage move them to the top of the griddle.Put some oil down where sausage was and add buscuits trying to keep temp around 300-350. When biscuits are down, flip bacon and cook to your liking. After around 3 minutes, check buscuit's and flip. Cover with a dome.

3. Now, it's time to flip hash browns. Once flipped, check the bacon. When bacon is done, move to the top of the griddle to keep warm.

4. Take the bacon grease and put in a pan. You want about 2 tablespoons of grease. Use bacon up if you need more grease. Add 2 tablespoons flour to pan with bacon grease and stir to make a roux. While cooking the roux, check biscuit's for doneness. If not done cover and let cook some more. Add some milk to the roux and mix well and continue cooking. If it gets too thick, add more milk. If too thin, let it cook longer.

5. Check biscuit's and hash browns and when done move the hash browns to the top of griddle to keep warm . Clean the middle of griddle with water and a towel and cut the center  burner off put down some butter.

6. Mix up eggs and 1/2 cup milk and some Heifer Dust and whisk. Put down on the butter and scramble the eggs using a low heat.

7. On a platter, put down the biscuits, sausage, eggs, bacon and hash browns. Remove the gravy pan and put with the platter.

8. Split your biscuit and add gravy. Add sausage, bacon, hash browns and eggs and enjoy
