Ingredients
2 chicken breasts
1 /2 cup chopped onions
Marinade
1 tsp teaspoon baking soda
2 Tbs soy sauce (low sodium)
1 tsp chicken powder
2 cloves garlic clove, crushed
2 tsp corn starch
Stir well and massage the chicken
Sauce:
1 /3 cup oyster sauce
3 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
2 tbsp rice wine vinegar
2 garlic cloves
1 tsp Ginger
2 tsp cornstarch
1 broccoli crown cut into bite sized pieces
Directions
Step 1
1 Slice chicken into bite size pieces. Mix marinate in small bowl and add chicken. Marinate for at least four hours.
Step 2
2 Add cause ingredients and stir. Cut broccoli into bite size pieces and steam in microwave for 4-5 minutes.
Step 3
3 Get griddle to 425-450 degrees and add some high temp oil. Add chicken and onions and cook for 1 minute. flip and stir till chicken is done and add broccoli. Cut griddle off and add sauce. Serve with rice
