Chicken Parm Sliders

These chicken parmesan sliders made on the Blackstone griddle makes a great camping or party food. Cooking everything on the Blackstone griddle makes it quick and easy too.



Ingredients

3 oz panko

4 oz Parmesan cheese freshly grated

1 lb ground chicken or turkey

1 2 large eggs ( for balls and 1 for breading)

2 tbs olive oil or ghee

1 tsp dried basil

2 tsp dried parsley

1 /2 tsp dried thyme

1 tsp dried oregano

1 tsp kosher salt

1 /4 tsp black pepper

1 /4 cup milk

Mozzarella cheese slices

jar of sauce of your choice

1 package Slider Rolls



Directions

Step 1

1 Heat griddle to 350 degrees. Mix chicken with the dry spices, 1 egg, 1/4 cup parm, 1/4 cup of Panko and 1 Tbs gee or olive oil. Make 12 balls and set aside.

Step 2

2 Mix 1/2 cup parm and 1/2 cup of Panko in a dredging pan. Mix 1 egg and a little milk in another dredging station. Flatten balls to the size of slider buns and dredge in egg mixture and then panko mixture.

Step 3

3 Put good amount of oil on griddle and shallow fry chicken for about 2-3 minutes per side. While cooking chicken, add an aluminum pan to other side of griddle and coat the bottom with a jar of marinara. When the sauce is hot and the chicken is done, add Mozzarella cheese to the top of the chicken. While the cheese is melting, slice rolls in half and put on griddle to warm.

Step 4

4 Once everything is done, take a slider roll and put chicken on top. Add a little sauce and put top on
