4 chicken thighs

1 cup buttermilk

1 large egg

2 cups  seasoned flour

vegetable oil for frying

4 Martin's Potato Rolls

1/2 stick butter

4 tbsp mayonnaise

12 pickles

4 tbsp chic fil a sauce

Directions:

1. Take a gallon ziplock and slit the side so it opens easier. Put thighs in the bag one at a time and pound them to an even thickness. Add chicken to a bowl and add 1 cup buttermilk and one egg and mix. But in refrigerator for about 4 hours.

2. Take a shallow pan and put about 2 cups seasoned flour. Take chicken and add to seasoned flour and coat the chicken well. Let sit for about 5 minutes.

3. In a deep fryer add oil and bring temp up to 365 degrees. If you don't have a deep fryer, you can shallow fry on the blackstone. When deep fryer comes to temp, add chicken in batches so not to overcroud the chicken and cook for a couple of minutes or until golden brown. Let drain on paper towels and continue cooking chicken until they are all cooked.

4. Bring the griddle up to low/med and put down the butter. Add the rolls and toast them to your liking. Once toasted, add mayo to all the buns. Add a piece of chicken followed by chic fil a sauce then 3 pickles. Put top bun on sandwich and enjoy
