Ingredients
5-6 pieces of cubed steak

1-2 tablespoons Heifer Dust
1 box unsalted beef stock
1 tablespoon Knorr beef powder
1-2 teaspoons Gravy Master
Salt and pepper to taste
2 cups of vegetable or peanut oil

Pour oil into a cast iron skillet over a med/low heat, heating to around 350-375 degrees.
Place each piece of meat into the breading and bread both sides well. Pushing each side into the flour well.
Place into hot oil and cook until slightly browned and then place into baking dish. Do this for the rest of the pieces of cubed steak.
Remove excessive oil from the pan leaving about 2 tablespoons.
Take a spoon and get flour from the breading station and place into the oil, in small amounts. Stir between each.
After the roux is done and thin, add the stock in small amounts at a time. Stirring between each time.
After you've reached the consistancy needed, taste for seasoning. Add salt, pepper, beef powder, and gravy master. Stir well.
Gravy should be real thin and barely stick to a spoon.
At this point, pour this gravy over the meat.
Put a piece of aluminum foil over this and bake for around 1.25-1.5 hrs at 350 degrees.
Make sure about each 30 mins, check for tenderness with a probe.
Once done, cover and let sit for a 30 mins.
