Cowboy Stir Fry

This Cowboy Stir Fry is a winner and will be sure to feed you and your crowd and have leftovers! Inspired by CJ over on the Blackstone channel, this dish was so good and we've made it a few times again.



Ingredients:

2-3 lbs red potatoes

1/2 head cabbage, core removed and chopped

2 lbs Ribeye Steak

1 red bell pepper 

1 sweet onion chopped

1 yellow squash, sliced

1 lb Kielbasa sliced

Heifer Dust

1 can sweet corn 

1/2 jar pickled jalapeno's

2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

1 bottle  Italian Dressing




Directions:

 

1. Preheat griddle to low/med or around 375 degrees. Add some oil and spread out. Cut up red potatoes and add to the oil. You can par cook the potatoes in the microwave to save cooking time. Add some water to potatoes and cover with a dome. Leave alone for 4-5 minutes.

 

2. Chop cabbage and add to griddle. Next seed red pepper and chop. Chop onion in large chop.Slice squash. Check potatoes and mix. Move to the side of griddle and cover. Toss cabbage. Add onions, pepper, and squash to griddle. Season with salt and pepper. Mix veggie's.

 

3. Move veggie's to one side as well as the cabbage. Turn the middle two burners up to high. Slice kielbasa and add to griddle

 

4. Season steak with Heifer Dust and put on hot part of the griddle putting down some oil first. Mix sausage then veggie's and check the steak and flip. Check the potatoes and mix. Steak should cook 3-4 minutes then take off the griddle and chop up. Mix sausage, cabbage, veggie's all together.

 

5. Add corn to griddle and heat then add 1/2 jar of pickled jalapeno's. Mix the corn and jalapeno's together with the veggie's. When potatoes are cooked, mix together with veggie's. Add steak to stir fry and add Worcestershire sauce and mix well. Add Italian dressing and mix well.

 

6. Plate and enjoy.
