Ingredients:
6 green onions chopped
1 red bell pepper seeded and chopped
1 pound ground pork
Hussey's Heifer Dust
2 bags tri color Cole slaw mix
1 tbsp ginger paste
1 tbsp garlic paste
1 tbsp chicken powder
1/2 package bean sprouts
2 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
1 tbsp dark soy sauce just for color
3 tbsp rice vinegar
sesame seeds
green onion chopped
Cilantro sprigs
Siracha sauce optional
Description:
Â
1. Pre heat griddle to med/low or around 400 degrees. Chop the onions and bell pepper.
Â
2. Put the ground pork down on the griddle and press it down to get maximum contact patch. On the other side of griddle, add oil and then onions and peppers. Season the pork with Heifer Dust.
Â
3. Add more oil to the other side of the griddle and put down the two bags of tri color Cole slaw mix. Keep mixing the peppers and onions as well as flipping the pork. When onions and peppers are cooked to your liking, move to the side of the griddle. Fan out the Cole slaw mix and add some more oil to the top of the Cole slaw mix. Cook for a few minutes and flip. Turn the griddle down to low.
Â
4. Take peppers and onions and mix them with the Cole slaw mix. Flip the pork again and start chopping it up. Add ginger paste and garlic paste to griddle with a small bit of oil and mix. Once mixed, add to the Cole slaw mix. Sprinkle chicken powder over the slaw and mix. Mix in the pork and mix.
Â
5. When all is mixed, add bean sprouts and both soy sauces. Add rice vinegar and mix well.
Â
6. Plate up and add sesame seeds, green onion, and a little cilantro for garnish. Add some siracha if you like it hot.
