I love a crunchwrap supreme from Taco Bell but making them at home is SO much better and cheaper! Let's get started on making these!
Ingredients:
2 lb ground chuck 80/20
1/2 onion, chopped
1 Jalapeno peppers seeded and chopped
1 tbsp Hussey's Heifer Dust
1 tbsp Hussey's Fiesta Dust
1 large tomato, diced
2 cups Shredded Lettuce
4 Toastatas with tajin
2 cups Queso Casadilla cheese
4 large (10-inch) flour tortilla
4 small flour tortilla
1/4 cup Taco Bell mild sauce
1/4 cup Don Pancho Cilantro Lime Creama
Directions:
1. Preheat griddle to low/med. Add ground chuck to the griddle. Put onions down to the side. Chop jalapeno and add to the onions. Chop up ground chuck as it cooks. Cook for 2-3 minutes and flip. Season ground chuck with Heifer Dust and Fiesta Dust. Mix onions and jalapenos with the ground chuck and mix well. Taste and adjust seasoning.
2. To build: Put 1 to 1 1/2 cups of ground chuck on a large flour tortilla. Next drizzle with Taco Bell sauce then put cheese down followed by a tostada and some shredded lettuce. Then add some tomato and then some creama.
3. Add a small flour tortilla to the top. Fold the bottom tortilla up and around the top tortilla. When folded, put on the griddle with a little oil folded side down. Fold the rest of the crunch wraps and get them all on the griddle. After 2-3 minutes, flip and cook on other side. When golden, remove from griddle.
4. Add some creama to a small dish and add some Taco Bell sauce and Fiesta Dust to it to make a dipping sauce.
5. Cut the crunch wrap in half, dip in sauce and enjoy.
