Love a quick meal and one that you can use with leftovers too! It's a win - win!
Ingredients:
Sauce:
1/3 cup Dukes Mayonnaise
1 tbsp mustard
2 whole pickles, chopped
Pizza:
8 slices Swiss cheese, diced
5 ham slices
1 lb leftover pulled pork
2 pieces Stone Fire Flatbread
3 tbsp butter
Directions:
1. Preheat griddle to low. Mix sauce ingredients and set aside. Dice Swiss cheese slices and cube ham slices.
2. Put pulled pork on griddle and heat up. Add a little oil, and put ham on griddle to heat up.
3. In the middle of the griddle, add butter then garlic and spread around. May need to turn off middle burners to keep from burning. Put the flatbread into the garlic butter with raised side down in butter. Add butter to the flat side and heat up. When the first side is ready, flip and add sauce.
4. Add some Swiss Cheese to the sauce then add some ham and then pork. Add more Swiss cheese to the pork.
5. Turn on the middle two burners if you turned them off and add some water to the griddle and cover the flat bread with the dome. Heat for 1-2 minutes or until the cheese is melted. Garnish with some chopped up pickles. Cut in fourths, add more sauce if desired and enjoy.
