Double Smoked Ham

You'll not want to cook ham any other way but this now! Hope you enjoy



Ingredients:

8-9 lb. spiral cut cooked half ham

3 tbsp mustard

3 tbsp Hussey's Heifer Dust

3 tbsp Honey Killer Bee seasoning




Directions:

 

1. Preheat smoker to 275 degrees and add smoke pellets, chips or chunks. Remove packaging from ham and discard the plastic piece that covers the bone.

 

2. In a shallow pan lined with foil, coat the ham with mustard and then season with Heifer Dust and then season with Honey Bee seasoning.

 

3. Put on smoker and smoke till internal temp comes up to 140 degrees. Check in one hour. When temp gets to around 135 degrees mix glaze packet in a small container with around 2 tbsp water and mix. Pour over the top of the ham and brush into the ham.

 

4. Take a torch, if desired, and crisp up the outside of the ham. Enjoy
