Glazed Salmon & Yellow Squash

Simple yet amazing flavor from this salmon. Try it for yourself!



Ingredients:

4 filets Salmon

Salt

Pepper

1-2 Yellow squash, sliced thin

1 onion thinly sliced

Mustard Glaze:

1/4 cup Dijon mustard

2 Tbs whole grain mustard

2 Tbs honey

2 Tbs horseradish




Directions:

 

1. Mix mustard glaze ingredients.  Let set for 30min.

 

2. Heat Blackstone on high heat. Add some oil and drop the squash and onions. Season with salt and pepper. Cover with dome and cook for about 4 minutes.

 

3. Season salmon with salt and pepper, on both sides. Put some oil down and  Lay salmon skin down, let sear for 2-4 mins.

 

4. Flip and let the flesh side cook for 2-4 mins.

 

5. Flip salmon again, smear mustard glaze on the flesh side, and flip back on flesh side to sear in the glaze for 1-2 mins.

 

6. Re-apply glaze, cover for 1-2 mins, and remove.

 

7. Check squash and onions and  Enjoy!
