Burger ingredients are endless, but this one ingredient could level your burger game and make the best burgers ever!
Ingredients:
1 1/4 lbs 80/20 ground chuck
1 tsp Hussey Heifer Dust
1 package Lipton beefy onion soup mix
1 tbsp water
3 slices Havarti cheese
3 slices cheddar cheese
3 Onion buns
3 tbsp mayonnaise
6 slices tomato
pickles
red onion, thinly sliced
Directions:
1. Preheat griddle to medium. In a bowl, add ground chuck and break up. Add Heifer Dust, beefy onion soup mix and some water. Loosely mix. Put a piece of parchment paper down and a biscuit mold and put ground chuck in mold and press lightly to form a "big boy" burger, about 1/3 of a pound.
2. Put burgers down on the griddle and cook for about 3-4 minutes. Add some butter to another part of the griddle and put down the buns and toast to your liking. Flip the burgers and add a slice of Havarti and a slice of cheddar cheese. Cook another 3-4 minutes
3. When rolls are toasted, remove from griddle to your cutting board. Add mayo to both top and bottom bun. Add the burger followed by tomato, pickles and red onion slices.
This sounds delicious. I love burgers so this will be done very soon.
