You've all seen the pictures and videos of these monster ribs people are eating. Man, they look awesome and they're mighty tasty too!
Also known as brisket on a stick. I like to cook these because they take about half the time to cook AND taste like brisket!
Ingredients:
Plate ribs (either 3 or 4 bone)
Binder (optional) - mustard, oil, wash your sister sauce, etc
Your favorite rub
