In this video, I'll show you how to stir fry chicken on the Blackstone 36" griddle! Todd Toven fixes this stir fry on the Griddle More Tour. I've been meaning to try some of these stir fry noodles out. I got them at Walmart and they're in the Asian aisle. Hokkin noodles are the name.
Ingredients
Sauce:
1 cup chicken broth
2 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp cornstarch
1 tsp hoisin sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce
Stir Fry:
1 1/2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1 inch pieces
salt & pepper
1 medium yellow bell pepper chopped
1 medium orange bell pepper chopped
1 cup broccoli florets
1 medium onion chopped
1 thumb ginger
3 cloves garlic, minced
drizzle sesame oil
3 packages Hokkin Noodles
Directions
Step 1
1 Mix the sauce ingredients together and whisk. In a large pan or wok over medium to high heat, add chicken and cook till almost done. Add vegetables and cook till done. Can add a little water and cover to steam the veggies.
Step 2
2 Once done, stir in the ginger and garlic. Mix well. Add Hokkin noodles and break up and cook for several minutes till noodles are hot. Add the sauce to the noodles and stir to combine Drizzle sesame oil and serve hot.
