Marry Me Chicken

Viral chicken dish, Marry Me Chicken has been around, and I decided to give it a try on the griddle, but you can do this on the stove or grill too.

Ingredients:

2 boneless skinless chicken breasts

1 cup flour

2 tbsp Heifer Dust

Oil for frying

2 tbsp butter

5 cloves garlic, chopped and mashed

2 cup chicken broth

1 cup heavy (whipping) cream

1/2 cup Parmesan cheese grated

1/2 tsp red pepper flakes

1 tsp Italian seasoning

2 sun dried tomatoes, chopped

2 tbsp Chopped parsley for garnish

Directions:

1. Take chicken and cut in half lengthwise. Mix flour and Heifer Dust together. Season chicken with Heifer Dust.

2. Pre heat griddle to med/high. Add some oil to one side and add butter to the oil. Dredge chicken in the flour mixture and put in the oil/butter on the griddle. Shallow fry for 2-3 minutes and flip.

3. While chicken is cooking take garlic and add to griddle. Sauté without burning. Add a pan to griddle and put sauté garlic in pan. Add chicken broth to the pan then heavy cream and parmesan cheese and mix. Add red pepper flakes and Italian seasoning and stir. Add sun dried tomatoes. Add salt and pepper to taste or use Heifer Dust. If it seems to be dry, add more cream.

4. Take chicken and add to pan. Flip chicken to coat well. After coating, remove chicken to a plate and add some sauce over the top. Garnish with chopped parsley. Serve over noodles or mashed potatoes and enjoy.
