Skeen Burger

This burger is not your traditional burger. The ingredients may Suprise you, but it works to make this an outstanding burger. You have to give this a try. you won't regret it.



Ingredients:

1 pound 80-20 ground chuck

1-pound wagu ground beef

1 packet Lipton onion soup mix

1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed

2 large eggs

1/2 cup applesauce

1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

2 tsp tabasco (optional)

1 tsp Hussey's Heifer Dust

8 Brioche buns

8 slices American cheese

Dukes Mayo

sliced tomato

sliced red onion

shredded lettuce




Directions:

 

1. Preheat griddle to med or 400-425 degrees.

 

2. In a large bowl, add the ground beef, wagu, onion soup mix, crushed Ritz, applesauce, Worcestershire sauce, Heifer Dust, eggs and Tabasco sauce. Mix well and make 8 burgers ( if you like thicker burgers, make how you want).

 

3. Put burgers down on the griddle without oil. While cooking get tomato and onion sliced. Shred lettuce. Flip burgers when you get a nice crust on them. Once flipped, put buns down to toast. After lightly toasted remove from griddle and add mayo to the buns.

 

4. When burgers are almost done, add cheese slice to each burger. Add tomato slice to the bottom bun seasoned with Heifer Dust then add hamburger followed by shredded lettuce and add the onion to the top bun. Put the top bun on and enjoy.
