Ingredients:
Ranch Dressing:
1 packet ranch dressing
8 oz Dukes Mayonnaise
1 cup Buttermilk
Burger:
8 slices bacon
1 lb. ground chicken
1 tsp Hussey's Heifer Dust
1 tbsp green onion chopped
1 tbsp bacon up
8 slices American cheese
8 slices Havarti cheese
4 hamburger buns
4 tbsp Dukes Mayonnaise
shredded lettuce
tomato, sliced
Directions:
1. Preheat griddle to low/med and put down the bacon. Cook to your liking. While cooking, mix the ranch dressing ingredients and mix well. Put in refrigerator and let chill.
2. When bacon is cooked to your liking, remove to paper towel to drain.
3. Put ground chicken in a bowl and add Heifer Dust, green onion and bacon up. Gently mix. Make 2 1/2 to 3 oz balls with the chicken ( can use a 1/4 cup measuring cup and it will be close). Turn your griddle to high or 500-540 degrees.
4. While coming up to temp, shred your lettuce and slice your tomato. Spread bacon grease over the griddle top and add your chicken balls. Season with Heifer Dust and using a piece of parchment paper, smash the chicken.
5. Cook chicken for a minute and flip. Put slices of American cheese and Havarti cheese on each chicken patty. Add buns to griddle and toast to your liking.
6. Remove the buns from griddle and add generous amounts of Dukes Mayonnaise. On the griddle, double stack the chicken patties.
7. Add shredded lettuce to bottom bun followed by a chicken patty, two slices bacon, ranch dressing and tomato slice that has been seasoned with Hussey Dust. Put top bun on and enjoy.
