This was a quick weeknight meal and really turned out well.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs Sirloin steak (or whatever steak you want to use)
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp beef powder
1 Onions chopped
1 Zuchini, sliced thin
1 Squash, sliced
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Salt
Pepper
Directions:
1. Preheat griddle to high or around 400-410 degrees.
2. Cut steak in cubes. Add salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder and beef powder and mix into the meat. Let sit for 30 minutes or up to 4 hours.
3. Cut down one side to low/med and add some oil. Add veggie's and mix up. Add more oil if needed and salt and pepper. Keep mixing them and cook till they are soft. Move to the side or to of griddle.
4. Put more oil on the other side of griddle and drop the steak. Spread out so the cook evenly. After cooking for a minute or two, flip and keep flipping till done to your liking. When steak is done, drizzle the steak and veggies with Worcestershire sauce and mix.
5. Remove both veggies and steak to a platter keeping them separate.
