This Cowboy Stir Fry is a winner and will feed you and your crowd with leftovers! Ribeye steak, kielbasa, potatoes, cabbage, and veggies all stir-fried on the griddle with Italian dressing. Inspired by CJ over on the Blackstone channel.

Ingredients

  • •2–3 lbs red potatoes
  • •1/2 head cabbage, core removed and chopped
  • •2 lbs ribeye steak
  • •1 red bell pepper
  • •1 sweet onion, chopped
  • •1 yellow squash, sliced
  • •1 lb kielbasa, sliced
  • •Heifer Dust
  • •1 can sweet corn
  • •1/2 jar pickled jalapeños
  • •2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • •1 bottle Italian dressing

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat griddle to low/med or around 375°F. Add some oil and spread out. Cut up red potatoes and add to the oil. You can par-cook the potatoes in the microwave to save time. Add some water to potatoes and cover with a dome. Leave alone for 4–5 minutes.
  2. 2Chop cabbage and add to griddle. Seed and chop red pepper. Chop onion in large chop. Slice squash. Check potatoes and mix. Move to the side and cover. Toss cabbage. Add onions, pepper, and squash to griddle. Season with salt and pepper. Mix veggies.
  3. 3Move veggies to one side along with the cabbage. Turn the middle two burners up to high. Slice kielbasa and add to griddle.
  4. 4Season steak with Heifer Dust and put on the hot part of the griddle with some oil. Mix sausage, then veggies. Check steak and flip. Check potatoes and mix. Steak should cook 3–4 minutes, then take off and chop up. Mix sausage, cabbage, and veggies all together.
  5. 5Add corn to griddle and heat, then add 1/2 jar pickled jalapeños. Mix corn and jalapeños with the veggies. When potatoes are cooked, mix together with veggies. Add steak to stir fry and add Worcestershire sauce. Mix well. Add Italian dressing and mix well.
  6. 6Plate and enjoy!
