Breakfast sandwich

Nothing better than a breakfast sandwich that includes ham, egg, cheese, and an English muffin. This was inspired from The Burger Show on First We Feast, but I put my own spin on this and cooked on the Blackstone flat top griddle. Also included was hashbrowns from Simply potatoes.



Ingredients

4 Thomas English Muffins

3 tbsp mayonnaise

12 slices slices Smithfield Anytime Ham

4 large eggs

4 slices american cheese

1 tomato, sliced

1 bag Simply Potatoes hash browns



Directions

Step 1

1 Preheat griddle and add some oil and some butter. Add hash browns and spread out on griddle. Add some salt and pepper. Leave them alone and don't touch them. After a few minutes add more oil and butter

Step 2

2 While they are cooking, slice the muffins and add mayo to both sides. Put some oil to the griddle and add the ham. When the ham is down, check your hash browns and flip if gilden.Put muffins down and toast.When ham is warmed through, remove to a plate.When muffins are toasted, remove to your prep station.

Step 3

3 Turn down the heat on one side, add butter and eggs. Marble the eggs and cook till desired done ness.

Step 4

4 To build, take your muffin and add a couple of pieces of ham, then marbled egg, then cheese. Put some water down to steam the cheese. When melted add tomato slice and add the top muffin. Serve with hash browns on the side.
