Sausage, Egg, Cheese Muffin

Ingredients:

4 sausage patties

4 English muffins, split in half

4 large eggs

4 slices cheese 

3 tbsp butter

2 tbsp mayonnaise

Directions:

1. Preheat griddle to low. Add sausage patties and cook about 3 minutes on each side or until done.

2. Put more butter down and put the muffins on the griddle to toast. When the sausage and muffins are almost done, cut off one burner and add more butter and put eggs down and marble them ( swirl the yoke but keep egg intact). When eggs are done on the first side, flip and add a slice of cheese.

3. When eggs are done, add some mayonaise to the bottom muffin. Add sausage next to each muffin followed by egg and cheese. Put top on the egg and enjoy
